Your ticket price allows your evening to begin with a mixed green salad and our fresh baked bread.  You may then choose from six "featured" entree choices all served with red potatoes and our vegetable of the day to be served to your table by one of the stars of our show!  For an additional charge you may want to enjoy dessert at Intermission, or perhaps start your evening off with one of our scrumptious appetizers.


Overtures

Shrimp Cocktail (Small $6.50; Large $8.50) ~ Tempt your palate with our jumbo gulf shrimp, served with a piquant cocktail sauce.

Stuffed Crab Cake in a Half Shell
(Small $6.50, Large $8.50) ~
    A delightful starter to a wonderful show, this crab cake served with a classic remoulade
sauce will leave you begging for an encore.


Spinach and Artichoke Dip
($7.50) ~ A creamy medley of spinach and artichoke hearts served with toasted baguettes, carrot and celery sticks.


Spanakopita (Small $6.50, Large $8.50) ~ A light and delicate overture, layers of phyllo dough surround a creamy mixture of spinach, onions, garlic, cream cheese and feta cheese. Opa!



Features


Chicken Cordon Bleu
~ Our patrons' favorite entree!  A boneless breast of chicken filled with ham and creamy Swiss cheese.  Topped with white wine sauce.


Mild Bean and Corn Tamales ~
A
Boulder farmer’s market favorite, just perfect for the vegan in all of us. Two authentic sweet corn tamales in the husk on a bed of gluten-free rice, topped with a scrumptious vegan green chile. Delicioso!

Beef Stew Pot Pie ~
A wonderful twist to a classic dish. Hearty and warming stew made with prime rib, baby red potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms and green beans, topped with a light and flakey puff pastry crust. (Order without crust for a gluten-free dish.)

Chicken Strips ~Not just for the young, but also for the young at heart. Classic breaded chicken strips are paired with Mott’s® apple sauce – don’t worry – we also include the roasted red potatoes and vegetables.

BDT’s Seasonal Classic Salad ~
We made a drastic change to the wedge salad – we got rid of the wedge. Chopped mixed greens are topped with all the kitchen favorites: candied walnuts, dried cranberries, bacon bits, blue cheese and tomatoes, topped with crispy onions. Served with your choice of Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.


Lemon Pepper Breaded Tilapia ~
This warm and buttery crust with just a hint of lemon and pepper tops only the finest tilapia fillet, served with a side of mango margarita sauce.



Extra Added Attractions

Prime Rib au jus ($8.00 surcharge) ~ A boneless ribeye, cooked rare, medium rare or medium.  Served with new baby potatoes.

Salmon Fillet
($6.00 surcharge) ~ Delicious red salmon from Alaska.  Served with a delightful dill and caper sauce.

Shrimp Skewers
($6.00 surcharge) ~ Ten large shrimp lightly seasoned with our house seasoning and baked to perfection. Add a skewer of shrimp to any entrée for $4.00.




Finale

Chocolate Mousse Pie ($5.50) ~ A chocolate lover’s delight!  Rich chocolate in a graham cracker crust smothered with whipped cream.

Cheesecake
($5.50) ~ A dessert for all occasions.  A beautiful New York Style cheesecake.  Served with or without sliced strawberries.

Mud Pie for 2
($7.50) ~ A bonanza of mocha ice cream sinfully layered with chocolate fudge and almonds in a chocolate crust and topped with whipped cream.

Key Lime Pie
($5.50) ~ National Champion!  American Pie Council 1998.  Key lime pie in a graham cracker crust topped with whipped cream.

Dreyers Grand Ice Cream
($5.50) ~ The ultimate in fine ice cream.  Ask your waitperson for flavor selection.  (No sugar added and fat free ice cream with Nutra-Sweet also available.)

Big Apple Pie
($6.00) ~ Mounds and mounds of tart, fresh, crisp organic apples, saucy and cinnamon apple cider and loaded with crunchy granola’d crumbs.  Add a scoop of ice cream for $1.50.

Pumpkpin and Cranberry Bash Pie ($6.00) ~ A wonderful holiday treat, this delicate pumpkin pie with fresh cranberries in a ginger snap crust will be a perfect end to a perfect show.

 Seasonal Homemade Pie ($6.00) ~ Pie baked with heart right here in Boulder County, using local fruit and the finest ingredients. Ask your waitperson for flavor selections.
