Sit back and relax as the stars of our show serve you at your table. Your ticket allows you to choose from our "featured" entrees.  Entrees include a mixed green salad and a basket of our freshly baked bread.  For an additional charge you may want to start your evening off with one of our scrumptious appetizers, or treat yourself to a mouth-watering dessert at Intermission.


Shrimp Cocktail (Small 6.50; Large 8.50) ~ Tempt your palate with our jumbo gulf shrimp, served with a piquant cocktail sauce.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip (7.50) ~ A creamy medley of spinach and artichoke hearts served with toasted baguettes, carrot and celery sticks.

Bosco Sticks (7.50) ~ Bread sticks stuffed with creamy mozzerella cheese and topped with parmesan. Served with a side of marinara.

Tomato Basil Soup (3.00) ~A piping hot creamy tomato basil soup served with toasted baguettes.


Mild Bean and Corn Tamales ~ A BDT favorite, just perfect for the vegan in all of us. Two authentic sweet corn tamales in the husk served with Spanish rice, pico de gallo, and topped with a scrumptious vegan green chili. Delicioso!

Chicken Cordon Bleu ~ Our patrons’ favorite entrée! A boneless breast of chicken filled with ham and creamy Swiss cheese, topped with a white wine Dijon sauce. Served with smashed potatoes and house vegetables.

Summer Spinach Salad
~ The perfect remedy for any hot summer day or night. A bed of baby spinach, fresh strawberries, crumbled feta cheese and candied walnuts, topped with grilled chicken breast. Served with raspberry vinaigrette on the side. Substitute Shrimp (5) or Salmon fillet 7.00 additional.

Taco Salad ~ A bed of mixed greens, roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, topped with grilled chicken breast.Served in a crunchy tortilla bowl with chipotle ranch dressing served on the side. Substitute Shrimp (5) OR Salmon fillet 7.00 additional.

Mac and Cheese with Chicken Tenders ~ Rooster comb pasta blended with creamy cheese sauce with two lightly breaded over-baked chicken tenders. Served with carrot and celery sticks and a side of ranch dressing for dipping.

Pasta Ravioli ~ A delicious plate of cheese-filled ravioli topped with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. For the kid in everyone!

French Dip ~ Tender prime rib sliced thin with sauteed onions. Served hot on our delicious French bread, topped with a creamy cheese sauce. Served with smashed potatoes, house vegetables and au jus for dipping!

Potato Crusted Cod ~ A  potato, chive and cheese crusted cod baked to perfection and topped with a chipotle aioli. Served with Spanish rice, pico de gallo and vegetables. A delight for the fish lover’s palate.

Extra Added Attractions

Prime Rib (9.00 surcharge) ~ Slow roasted and seasoned to perfection. Served with smashed potatoes and vegetables. 

Salmon Fillet (7.00 surcharge) ~ Delicious red salmon.  Served with a delightful dill and caper sauce, smashed potatoes and vegetables. Gluten free option available.



*Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae (5.50) ~ Two fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, one scoop vanilla ice cream, with chocolate sauce and topped with whipped cream. Yum! 

*Chocolate Mousse Pie (5.50) ~ A chocolate lover’s delight!  Rich chocolate in a graham cracker crust smothered with whipped cream.

*Mud Pie for 2 (7.50) ~ A bonanza of mocha ice cream sinfully layered with chocolate fudge and almonds in a chocolate crust and topped with whipped cream.

*Key Lime Pie
(5.50) ~ National Champion!  American Pie Council 1998.  Key lime pie in a graham cracker crust topped with whipped cream.

Ice Cream (5.50) ~ Two scoops of the ultimate in fine ice cream.  Ask your waitperson for flavor selection.  (No sugar added and fat free ice cream with Nutra-Sweet also available.) One Scoop (3.50)

Big Apple Pie
(6.00) ~ Mounds and mounds of tart, fresh, crisp organic apples, saucy and cinnamon apple cider and loaded with crunchy granola’d crumbs.  Add a scoop of ice cream for 2.00.

*Blackberry Raspberry Homemade Pie (6.00) ~ Baked with heart right here in Boulder County, using local fruit and the finest ingredients.

 *Flourless Chocolate Torte (6.00) ~ For the ultimate Chocolate Lover!  A rich velvety chocolate torte topped with a perfectly sweet and sour raspberry sauce.  Like a condensed chocolate cake, it's flourless and gluten free!

Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake (6.50) ~ Smooth white chocolate and vibrant red raspberry swirled with the perfect cheesecake.

*Orange Blossom Cake  (7.50) ~ This light summery cake delivers big citrus flavors with a smooth-as-silk buttercream frosting. Gluten Free!

*Vanilla Parfait  (5.00) ~ Vanilla wafers layered with vanilla pudding and whipped cream.
